And the mothers � how many were starting to drink Chardonnay with their lonely lunches in the kitchen? How many were almost sick with jealousy over the �bright young gal who�s just turned the marketing department upside down with fresh idea�s� � That Bright young gal with a future as big as Montana and legs like Bambi�s mother�s?D. Coupland There are these two people at Shelly�s work that are having an affair. Lets call them Tornado and Team Leader. You see. Shelly picks up on these things instantly. Tornado is the female and she is single. Team Leader is the boss man and is married and older. His life is shit. He ate at McDonalds for nearly ten years and Shelly reports would get a Double Quarterpounder nearly every day. His heart is a time bomb with a Cholesterol level that astronomical. Despite this he remains trim. Though Shelly suspects lipe-o-suction once or twice. Anyway, Tornado who is Shelly�s immediate advisor came in wearing TL watch. She noticed this immediately, because of the white stitching. But then, when people didn�t believe her she brought in pictures of TL wearing the watch. So the scandal begins. Tornado seems to have the desire to garb herself in men�s things because she also wears his shirts. This is apparent since she is much smaller than he is. Also the shirt is usually not cleaned. Gross. Then Shelly has been being sent home early and TL and Tornado work late� only on Fridays. And Shelly is sent home at 4:45 instead of 6:00. Plus she reports Tornado switches to a thong only wardrobe on Fridays. This is the fact. My opinion, for what its worth. How would you feel if you found out this is what your dad was doing? How would you feel for your mom? Men and women working together and sleeping together is bad business. It creates jealously and hostility. Women don�t get enough respect as it is. Now if tornado gets any sort of promotion, it�s going to be seen for one reason only. And that�s not fair to the rest of the working people out there. But I also get sad when I think that these are the things we do in life to try and enjoy it. I don�t think we were meant to live for 100 years. I think we were meant to live for about forty or fifty. Also there was some confusion. I think both men and women should work, but if you are married you shouldn't have an affair. I think it was a fancy way of saying, thou shalt not adulter.
