Just so you know...the conversation is real, the setting is not.

Is it naive to believe that God created the world, "Boom" or is it faith? Can you fault someone for believing in that or belittle them? Maybe you come full circle in life. Beginning with believing in 7 days of creation, move towards believing in evolution/creation and then towards the end of your life, relying on God as awesome and able to do all things. It's a lot to think about.

Or maybe as you get older, you realize that how the earth was created is not really the question. I think that's all for now.

Well, also one has to realize that since God is enternal "seven days" does not apply to Him like it does for us. His seven days could span the thousands [and millions] of years, which in turn would allow for the theories of evolution to make sense. It's all interpurtative really. And I am done.

There're so many religions out there. How do you know which god is the real God? What if you believe in the wrong god? Would you still go to hell if you've lived your life all loving and caring but you believed in the wrong one? Looking at the present world, don't you think religiousness has brought even more trouble (war, fightings, arguments, etc.) to the world then without it? ... So were there chickens first or eggs first?

If God created the Universe, who created God? Or is it a mutual existence?

Try this one on for size. Suppose that the Bible is accurate. How do you know God isn't lying? If he's asking people to do things to 'test their faith' (read:Abraham) isn't he lying there because he doesn't REALLY want Abraham to sacrifice his son for him? (And if God is infallible, how can God change his mind on 'any' issue, since God would already know all the sides to it.) -arg

Ah, the ever present question of science vs. religion. I want both. Two-fisted theory for me thanks.
