Pinckney of Alexdandria, Va., and attorney Bruce Shortt of Spring, Texas. The meeting's resolutions committee rejected that in favor of a broader and less pointed warning against "the cultural drift in our nation toward secularism." But sometimes we need stability. THE KANSAS EDUCATIONAL board has announced that they will no longer be teaching the theory of evolution in the classrooms, and instead be using a �faith based� teaching philosophy which will teach students about the bible�s true revelation through the book of Genesis and the story of Adam and Eve. In addition to this the school system will also adopted other faith based principles dictated in the bible, such as changing the value of Pi from the secular 3.1415 to the biblical value of 4 and changing the reading selection to reflect the Christian values of America. You go to hell. What can be worse that the immortal punishment of the immortal soul. Would god really send you to hell for taking his name in vain? How do we even know that is God�s name? But God gives us hope. Always hope. Those trapped through the worst moments always turn to God. He is what is our personification of hope. He can forgive. If you sin, you can be forgiven. As a Creation Scientist, one of my greatest duties that I take great pleasure in is introducing the works of the Lord to the young generation. The sparkle of wonderment that fills their eyes in knowing the creative power of God fills my heart with the Lord's divine Love. It however saddens me greatly that the proponents of Evolutionism have corrupted this true purpose of science and are instead using it as a propaganda tool to spread Secularism. But what is education for if not to fight against ignorance such as that? Our children are the future face of Science and we must teach them to recognize the truth of the Word of the Lord so as to break the cycle of Evolutionism dogma that is paralyzing scientific development and making higher education a dumping ground for the excesses of materialistic philosophies. Should I trust in the Priest and leaders who teach us. The same people who sleep with little boys and girls, have marital affairs. Condemn the gays, the heathens, the dissenters, the sinners, the abortionists, the geneticist. How does the bible, our only one source of Godly information know how to function in the modern world? How do you know if something is printed wrong if it�s the only source of information? WAS THOMAS Jefferson an enemy of God? After all, Jefferson once advised, "Question with boldness even the existence of a God." The quote, found in a personal letter to Peter Carr, has been combined by these cynics with several other Jefferson jabs at religion, to give the impression that Thomas Jefferson was more like a soul mate of Karl Marx than John Adam, and more in favor of freedom from religion than freedom of religion. Is the bible infallible? What if �Satan� changed text to make us hate each other? How would we know? Further more what does the Bible know about abortion? About microbiology? Relativity? Man has outgrown evolution�is it time we outgrew religion? HERE IN AMERICA the persecution of Christians has not yet reached the feverish pitch as in other parts of the world. There is still a Constitution that protects them and allows them to freely practice their faith. But, broiling beneath the surface, the same hatred of God that exists in other parts of the world is festering in all our institutions. Slowly, methodically, and incrementally the anti-God forces are working to remove that Constitutional barrier. In America it is called 'secularism' and is becoming visible in all walks of life and in all our institutions. Numerous legislative and legal battles which I'll discuss later attest to the fact that religious warfare is taking place. Are all religions right? Is it just Christianity? Judaism is older�Muslim is newer�The Hindu faith in more in balance with the world than any of them? Its not like they all don�t have spotty pasts? Why should I follow what other men say I should do? Why should I need to follow a religion where I don�t even know if a God exists. How can we talk in specific political details when we don�t even know the big question. FAITHLESS EUROPEANS The word "faithless" has two meanings � lacking faith, and untrustworthy. Take all those who have lost their faith � in God, in freedom, in their nations, in the future, and in themselves. But most of all, we have faith � faith in ourselves, faith in our nation, faith in freedom, faith in the future, and faith in God. Does God exist? "USING PRAYER TO Microevolve Latent Antibiotic Resistance In Bacteria" Eileen Hyde and Lynda Morgan (grades 10 & 11) did a project showing how the power of prayer can unlock the latent genes in bacteria, allowing them to microevolve antibiotic resistance. Escherichia coli bacteria cultured in agar filled petri dishes were subjected to the antibiotics tetracycline and chlorotetracycline. The bacteria cultures were divided into two groups, one group (A) received prayer while the other (B) didn't. The prayer was as follows: "Dear Lord, please allow the bacteria in Group A to unlock the antibiotic-resistant genes that You saw fit to give them at the time of Creation. Amen." The process was repeated for five generations, with the prayer being given at the start of each generation. In the end, Group A was significantly more resistant than Group B to both antibiotics. How can we decided? How can I discover this for myself. I know I learned it, and I know I can never unlearn it completely. Religion is becoming more of a tradition, a cultish organization centuries outdated. A way to make people fall in line and follow the rules. A method of stabilizing the world.
